Bluff View
This home, originally designed by A. Warren Morey, the architect of the first Cowboy Stadium in Dallas, was a trend setter when created in the 50s, with Texas stone contrasting with wood deck ceilings, and walls of windows. Fifty+ years later it was in need of renovation. Mary Anne Smiley designed the award winning renovation of the home including new kitchen design, opening up the small dining room to the entry with a custom art glass divider, addition of a study for him with award winning custom sculptural window panels in steel and stainless glass in the style of Morrison, conversion of master bath to upscale barrier free space with polished stainless and resin and quartz privacy panels and grab bars. New furnishings and exquisite window coverings and chandeliers combined with exciting art original to the home result in a very sophisticated yet comfortable place for stylish living.
