Mary Anne Smiley transformed this master bedroom into a functional, attractive, and technologically updated retreat.  A streamlined electric ribbon fireplace addition with TV above helped create a cozy private getaway space to read, watch tv, and reflect without the distractions of the rest of the family.  Unattractive wood shelves and cabinets in dark stain were updated with glass shelves, LED lighting, and paint, new carpet and custom bedding and window coverings set the background for the custom platform bed and headboard, fun glam nightstands and console from Jonathon Adler, and favorite recliners recovered in beautiful multicolor print velvet.
